Your landlord can choose how to finance their improvements:

Your landlord may qualify for a loan as low as 3% (with closing costs and requirements, unsecured up to $20,000). They can combine this loan with non-energy home improvements.

Option B: ENERGY STARĀ® Loan

Your landlord may qualify for a loan as low as 6% (unsecured with no closing costs, they can select a term of 3, 5, 7 or 10 years).

Option C: Pay upfront (10% Homeowner Financing Incentive)

Your Landlord Can Save: Up to $3,000
If your landlord chooses to finance the work themselves, they may be eligible to receive a %10 rebate (up to $3,000) to reimburse the cost of eligible efficiency improvements. Your landlord may consider this option if they can pay out of pocket or have a small scope of work.
